Happy Birthday Greggy!

Greg made it to seventeen yesterday! Hurrah! In a quick short little sentence I'll add him all up for you:)
Greggy's a charming man who likes to make a fool of himself most of the time by saying and doing silly, loud, annoying things; but he's great to hang with and definitely has a big, big heart underneath that largeness:)!! tadan!!
Happy birthday Greg! xxx I hope your birthday was a chilled one with lots of laughter and fun! I dunno if you can earn the title of Godfather...but just maybe...if there's NO ONE on this earth who can make my son laugh and feel loved more than you can;)

and to end this one-day-late-birthday post, I'm gunna post some photos from my NEW cam from Greg's b-day! I was planning on posting other photos of the last week or so, but that'll come after this one!
after one hectic day of basically standing in the kitchen, the evening ended with a real nice relaxing outside food party. there were tortillas, chips, BEER, CHU-HI, Lixy's goodies, and much much more! and even though Dandan and Megu ended up coming one hundred years later, it was good to have em!
so all in all, I think it went pretty well!! ooh, and the boys had a fun time playing with the new little toy both me and Joe bought for Greg. I think you'll get the whole idea of it by seeing the photos;)

the whole crew is back now, making the house back to one big, loud...house? ehe. it's nice to have them home though, of course, since it's been a while that they've been gone:)

my parents gave me a cute story of my five year old sister, Annie, who was in the bathroom with constipations, and with a worried/curious look asked my mom, "Mommy, how is Cha going to get her baby out?"
I had a good laugh.
but then thought, how true. I am in the same situation as her, since I myself have never been there nor experienced it. I too don't know how hard or tiring it will really be. So that's a real good question! hahaha, pray for me!! it is only just around the corner! eek!

so recently..it was just me and Joe alone in the house for two days since Greg took off with mika to somewhere..haha. no they went to visit Noda, so me and Joe had the WHOLE house and EVERYTHING in it to ourselves! *cheesy grin* nyaaha, it was quiet and no we didn't do evil things, we actually just made use of our time to get everything together for the baby:) i'm actually liking his little set-up! hee hee.
anyhow, I would post photos but haven't the card reader yet...and i'm too interested in my new camera to go back to my old little one when it comes to taking photos...so...summer photos of the recent will have to wait a bit! BUT i did find these photos, which are a bit old, but I thought were kinda funny... seems as tho the whole world could be crashing down behind him but as long as he's busy watching something interesting he won't notice a thing. of course not to mention with a mouth busy with munching on ice-cream...every thing's good:) bahaha...

it's real quiet around the house now, since my parents & Elena & down are in kyushu for two weeks. Mika and Ivan are here for a week or so, so it keeps me company..somewhat!...i've been finding myself basically sleeping all day! just too tired and hot to do anything in this weather! please pray for me, I'll really need it to keep up with the rest of this month! ehe!
but I can't complain! it's a nice relaxing summer, and I actually am finding myself enjoying the sounds of the billions of semis in our trees! me and joe usually despise those things, but this year they're kinda friends...:)
last night Greg held a little BBQ in "celebration" of our legal marriage. haha, such a sweetie pie! bought some shrimp, chips, beef, made hamburgers and hot dogs--of course not forgetting the best part of a chillen summer bbq--BEER and Chu-hi!..and fruit juice for me! grin! it was a fun relaxing afternoon with weird toasts from weird-but cool people! so all in all, other then this humid weather, summer of 2008 is pretty sweet:)
..and that's all I have to say for now...just a little update on what's been going on here! cheers!!

Shiner Prize!

my parents & Joe were so sweet in giving me money to buy myself a new camera! sort of a congratulation and "award" for finishing up school & grabbing that GED diploma:)
it's a Sony A300, with a tamron 18-200 lens...the perfect little camera that makes me very happy! now I can do billions of photo shoots of my son when he comes along! yay! Thank You Jesus! it's a very happy day!

Masturi 2008:)

I'm soooo happy to have been able to go to the masturi this year, since last year I missed out!! I love these little neighborhood masturis where everything is so cheap and fun and yummy! weee! it was a great night:) and I finally wore a jimbe! yay. my first jimbe, pretty sweet eh? anyhow, I had been craving kakigori for the longest time, and so I was happy to proudly go buy my favorite blue Hawaiian ice! ooh, and Joe also won these cool little bags with umaibos and little yummy ten yen things, and also grabbed me a fun water balloon and purple flashing dorky thing that I really, really liked! ><
so all to say, it was a great masturi! thank you Jesus for masturis! what a gooood way to start the summer off with!

In the eight months

summer is finally here...and as much as I'm happy about the skirts and t-shirts and pools...the heat and humidity is just NOT cool! very taihen...please pray for me:)
well at least the gender is finally out on the table, and is very clear. I'm really happy he finally opened wide:) I knew there was a certain JOEY character in there somewhere;):p and he's very proud of it. just ask him, he'll say, "uh huh, that's my SON!" and I will roll my eyes! nyahaha!
anyhow...I guess I'll leave you with some photos of today. Lainy was bothering me about wanting to take pg photos, so I finally agreed to put on my bikini and let her shoot--of course, snapping shots of her as well! ne Lainy? I think she had fun!...

well...it all started on this freeday, when me and Joe met up with Flo at Chiba and spent a WONDERFUL time at Sizeria just talking about random good things and having a good time eating dorias and noodles!:)
it was lots of fun, and gee, still can't believe we haven't done stuff like that more often, and hope to someday soon do something like that again...or was it a BBQ with shrimp and beer?? nyaha!
anyways, I post this for reasons you most likely won't get. but Flo, if you read this, you know why I'm posting this! hahahaha!

sooooooo tired...yesterday was one HECTIC day...with walking in HOT sun and traveling in STUFFED trains...argh. (it was my GED test day, and for those of you who were praying for me, I REALLY appreciate it cause they definitely made a big difference! THANK YOU!! xxx) and today was the CCR Board Workshop! which was really inspiring and great, thanks to our wonderful CCR Board! we love YOU!

I've been trying to post the camping photos since ages ago, but the comp seems to be having some trouble letting me do that..

7 months no hajime!














the baby's really genki, moving around a lot these days! Joe gets to feel him move more often now, he's happy! hee hee, good baby! my cravings recently have been nato and rice, and cherris... yummy?! the pregnancy is going really smoothly, thanks to a lot of many of your prayers! please keep praying that the pooch will turn his head downwards, since he likes to go against the midwife;)
aaaand..a happy spring to all of you! it's been warming up like crazy these past days, finally seeing the kind of weather its supposed to be! TYJ!

the legs have finally revealed their secret!

well, the midwife still isn't one hundred percent sure, but what we saw is definitely a shoot up to 90%! nyaha.

we're BACK!
..and I already miss all my wonderful in-laws!
it was a horrible mess...just like in the movies man. everyone was competing and not getting along well. the dads were always comparing and trying to show off who was cooler. the moms, who was the better cook. the kids....don't get me started!
NYAHA!!....definitely NOT! the two BIG families bonded!! whehoo! or at least both me and joe like to think... and we're right, right?!:D there was no arguments or quarrels! don't worry! tee hee.
camping was great fun! the weather was beautiful, on the last two days!:) but I thank Jesus anyways, cause even the rainy cold day was really exciting too! tanoshikatta! I'll be sure to get the photos from dad, since I haven't used my camera on this trip..., and post them soon enough!
and for other topics...
it's good to be back home, back into the schedule of daily life.
the baby's kicking a lot now, it always makes me smile each time:) each night before I go to bed, I sit there and beg the pooch to kick for me; of course, my baby loves me so much, he always does:) nee hee! joe gets to feel them once in a while, usually the baby shys away whenever he puts his hands on my tummy, even though he begs, "Kick for daddy! pleaaaaaseeee!"

haha, poor guy.
anyhow, the next check-up is in a week, and i'm counting on the midwife to use her experienced wisdom to give me the gender! nyaha! it's a 50/50 chance...or so she says. me and joe really wanna know!
as of this moment, everything is silent, other then the singing crickets outside. Joe's off to another job, and again, I miss him!!! sniff. I know I see him every day, but I hate going to bed all by myself. i'm not a big girl you know! sniff...I'm used to his wonderful cuddliness and funny jokes before we both knock ourselves out with sleep. but now I sleep alone, until he comes home at 12 or 1 in the morning and wakes me up (I know it's on purpose!), and I, having given up on staying up quite a while ago, grin really big and jump off the bed to hug him.
until then my love, I love you and miss you!!..and of course, praying for your safety! smooooooooooch!!!

well, today we are off on a Hirasawa/Wallace camping trip for a few days!

the start of six months, as of today:)

so the bump is finally starting to get that "pregnant" look. weeee! baby's kicking now, and I'm sure everyone gets excited each time! I do! :)
my hunger never goes away, and everyone calls me a pig. I dunno if that comes with being pregnant, but I'm happy to live with it! nyaha. everyone's so sweet in always meeting my needs, maybe I should be pregnant more often!!:p I know mika's shaking her head! haha. I am NOT t hat bad!! tsk...
hopefully next check-up we'll be able to find out the gender, I'm really hoping we can! everyone seems to think it's a girl, while there are those few who insist it's a boy. I really can't say...but I'm hoping for whichever! as long as its happy, healthy and strong!

aaaaaand, I guess that's the update on my exciting pregnant life!....of course, leaving out the real good details. tee hee.
