we made it!! and here's my first post coming from the gaijin world!
thanks so much for all your prayers, even though it wasn't the most relaxing ride of my life, Jason was a good boy & nothing was lost or broken. TYJ! we're all still sorta getting used to the totally different time, but I think me & joe have it down pretty good already. the kids are still somewhat living in the "ooh it's night time now, let's sleep!!" & are all crashed on the couches. bless their hearts. flying for 13 hours can be tough for kids. though all the relatives gave a nice little party last night, and Jason was spoiled with a new stroller, baby car seat (he was like, whoa what is this new thing I have to sit in!? since he's never been in one before) a great big high chair with toys and everyting attatched to it (God, please help him not to become a brat... ) & clothes... and a bunch of kisses from all his great anunts, uncles & second cousins.
I miss Japan... as soon as we landed, all the gaijin people seemed so big and loud and different from the sweet, tiny Japanese people I'm used to. so it was a shock & I almost cried because I missed the Japanese surroundings! hahaha!! good Lord, crying over the Japanese people.. and I'm gone for only two days so far! I need to bucker up & be a bit more tougher. lol
I miss my sister!!! the only one of my family that's an ocean away from me! across the other side of the world basically.... I never thot I'd be this far from her. I hope she's alright, & knows that my prayers & thoughts are always with her. & that i'll see her either when she comes to see me here or when I go back to see her!!! & my babie, Mika, best wonderful friend... I miss you! & for sure I know you're reading this, so I hope you know how much I miss you too!! sorry I wasn't too emotional. all the hectic rushing around just didn't exactly give me room to realize the fact that I was gunna be GONE for a long time. but as soon as I got on the plane, I promise I cried! haha. suddenly the feeling of being so far away, really hit me. thanks for being my babe for so many years, I promise to come back and take you out to some good place. and yup, I won't forget to send a box of Canadian goods:)
ok well I've got a fat baby that needs to wake up now, or else I'll be kept awake all night tonight!! please continue to keep us in your prayers! it's not a peice of cake, leaving to some completely new place & starting a totally new life! I'll try to keep my blog updated as much as possible, & photos will come once I get everything sorta organized. since at the moment we'll be staying at my Grandparents place for a bit.
lots of Chacha love!!

Nipon, sayonara
so this might be my last post for a long long time. since it's gunna be bye-bye Japan and hello Canada in only three days! everything is crazy hectic & this house just doesn't look like our sweet house anymore. it's all cold & empty! please pray for us!! gunna be a big change, and especially for Jason, who might have a hard time being stuck on a plane for a very long time! so pray for strong arms, strong legs, & very energetic parents. (that would be me and joe! ehe!)
incase this is my last post for now, then I love you! & I shall return!!

batch 4.
includes Dan's awesome work and some of our own camera shots of the reception:) hee hee. I love the two photos of the bouquet & garter toss. there were some eager people... hahaha! Edo san (who was in charge) was such a sweetie pie and surprised both me and Joe--but me especially, since it was my dream to have bubbles in my wedding. and to make a long story short, we weren't allowed to use them at the shower so he brought out a bubble machine during the cake-cutting. shocked me. but made me sooooooooo happy happy!! and you could even EAT them. edible bubbles... who's heard of those? awesome stuff, I took my opportunity to actually EAT them (a children's dream... Timo and Willy were at them the WHOLE time!)
the reception was beautiful, fun & I still can't believe I cried. I told myself I wouldn't. but my daddy always has some way of bringing a flood to my eyes. I love you Daddy!
Nobo & Nao did two songs for us--loving the second one & how original it was. thanks GUYS! and sweetie pie little sister played her song that she had been working SO hard to make even though things were so busy before the wedding. it was a gorgeous song Len! aishitemasu!
