okay so this computer is a bit strange...somehow it's not letting me find a way to get rid of this stupid underlined stuff... so I'll have to put up with this for now.
here's some photos of what's been up here so far! basically every day has been work for the guys. they're outside in the back with their axes and saws and going at the trees like wild men. in case you haven't already noticed in the photos of the boys with the tree-"trunks", they're getting a bit too much air up here. hahaha.
and by the photo of the pizza, you can now see why people here in Canada love to eat. how could they not? you buy a pizza, you gotta finish it all!
and just to squeeze in another mommy excited comment about my son's potty training. in the three days since starting potty training, he's done three poos and two pees! isn't that... worthy of jumping over?? I do! ahaha. such a shiner. Thank you Jesus.
aaaand, soon it will be my little sis, Lenlen's birthday!! sweet sixteen! so everyone who's forgotten, it's the 29th. so give her tons of love and make her feel like a total queen cus' having a birthday up here, with no friends since we just moved here, can be tough, especially if it's your SIXTEENTH! anyhow. please do send lots of cards and love:)
so that's basically all I really wanna or have to say at the moment, so enjoy your morning while I go jump into bed!!
Aishtemasu!!

After just getting the potty yesterday & only his third time being on it (he hates the thing), Jas did a poopoo in the potty!!I don't think I've ever been so proud in my life. today was a very good day! & I am one happy mommy.BUT! that might have been beginners luck. so any tips or ideas on how to get started & make it fun & effective, from any of you mothers would be gladly appreciated! pray for him. he's a stubborn one.
we have connection up here now! so I can try my best to keep this blog updated with lots of photos and weird ramble from my new country mind. nahahah. I'll talk about the trees..and bugs... and trees.. and giant food. ><anyways, I gotta keep this one short. but to run you through a quick update on how life is fairing for us: Jason is back on schedule! thank you Jesus! me and Joe can finally sleep through the nights once more! hurrah! our house is still very very empty. but we are doing our best to get it filled!! I love our kitchen. it's big enough for me to do cartwheels around in it. isn't that awesome?! na. not that big. but big enough. it's my happy place up here. so if you are in the area, pop by and I promise I'd have a bunch of goodies on a plate for you:) everyone is alive and... alive. I think slowly but surely their adjusting to this whole new world. you gotta believe me, it's nothing like Japan. good ways and bad. I miss my buddies in Japan. but of course, you all know that!!! there's so many places I wanna take you, so many things I wanna buy you. but being across the world makes it so tough. so if you come over I'll fill up each part that I say I wanna do! so I guess I'll end here for now. maybe later I can try and upload some photos;) lots of love to you!! have sweetest dreams. muwa
we made it!! and here's my first post coming from the gaijin world!thanks so much for all your prayers, even though it wasn't the most relaxing ride of my life, Jason was a good boy & nothing was lost or broken. TYJ! we're all still sorta getting used to the totally different time, but I think me & joe have it down pretty good already. the kids are still somewhat living in the "ooh it's night time now, let's sleep!!" & are all crashed on the couches. bless their hearts. flying for 13 hours can be tough for kids. though all the relatives gave a nice little party last night, and Jason was spoiled with a new stroller, baby car seat (he was like, whoa what is this new thing I have to sit in!? since he's never been in one before) a great big high chair with toys and everyting attatched to it (God, please help him not to become a brat... ) & clothes... and a bunch of kisses from all his great anunts, uncles & second cousins.I miss Japan... as soon as we landed, all the gaijin people seemed so big and loud and different from the sweet, tiny Japanese people I'm used to. so it was a shock & I almost cried because I missed the Japanese surroundings! hahaha!! good Lord, crying over the Japanese people.. and I'm gone for only two days so far! I need to bucker up & be a bit more tougher. lolI miss my sister!!! the only one of my family that's an ocean away from me! across the other side of the world basically.... I never thot I'd be this far from her. I hope she's alright, & knows that my prayers & thoughts are always with her. & that i'll see her either when she comes to see me here or when I go back to see her!!! & my babie, Mika, best wonderful friend... I miss you! & for sure I know you're reading this, so I hope you know how much I miss you too!! sorry I wasn't too emotional. all the hectic rushing around just didn't exactly give me room to realize the fact that I was gunna be GONE for a long time. but as soon as I got on the plane, I promise I cried! haha. suddenly the feeling of being so far away, really hit me. thanks for being my babe for so many years, I promise to come back and take you out to some good place. and yup, I won't forget to send a box of Canadian goods:) ok well I've got a fat baby that needs to wake up now, or else I'll be kept awake all night tonight!! please continue to keep us in your prayers! it's not a peice of cake, leaving to some completely new place & starting a totally new life! I'll try to keep my blog updated as much as possible, & photos will come once I get everything sorta organized. since at the moment we'll be staying at my Grandparents place for a bit.lots of Chacha love!!
so this might be my last post for a long long time. since it's gunna be bye-bye Japan and hello Canada in only three days! everything is crazy hectic & this house just doesn't look like our sweet house anymore. it's all cold & empty! please pray for us!! gunna be a big change, and especially for Jason, who might have a hard time being stuck on a plane for a very long time! so pray for strong arms, strong legs, & very energetic parents. (that would be me and joe! ehe!) incase this is my last post for now, then I love you! & I shall return!!sayonara!
for Joe, who's most likely got Influenza at the moment. pray that he gets well soon and for no one else to get it. especially Jason!!!! it would be very hard for him if he were to get it, also these last weeks being the MOST busiest. so please claim the keys and shoot the enemy in the behind:) arigato!!!
